2. Definitions

For clarity, the following definitions apply throughout these Terms:

  • "Professional Services" means contracted consulting, AI model development, MLOps implementation, system architecture, and related paid engagements

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece and the European Union, without regard to conflict of law principles. Specifically, the Greek Civil Code, Greek Code of Conduct for E-commerce, and GDPR provisions apply.

10.2 Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Greece, unless mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.

10.3 Alternative Dispute Resolution

Before litigation, parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within a reasonable small number of days, either party may initiate mediation through the Hellenic Consumer Ombudsman or similar EU-approved ADR body.

11. Miscellaneous Provisions

11.1 Severability

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is impossible, without affecting remaining provisions.
